Board of Zoning Appeals

The Board of Zoning Appeals consists of seven members appointed by a majority vote of the City Council.

The Planning Commission is appointed by the City Council to decide on matters of:
    Administrative appeals;
    Variances;
    Special exceptions; and
    Interpretation of district boundaries on the zoning map.

The Board of Zoning Appeals meets, when necessary, the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall.  This schedule is subject to change and will be noted in the Planning Commission Meeting Schedule below.
