Simpsonville, located in the rolling hills of northwestern South Carolina, is situated in Greenville County, 12 miles south of the City of Greenville. Simpsonville is in the heart of the Golden Strip area, which is one of the fastest growing areas in the Southeast.
Simpsonville is increasingly a culturally diverse community, yet it proudly retains positive elements of its Southern American heritage manifested in hospitality, cordiality, and a pleasantly slower pace. Most often, folks greet one another just passing on the sidewalks and those acquainted inquire about family and friends.
