Zoning Ordinances

The City is divided into different zoning designations which are specifically delineated districts in which regulations and requirements uniformly govern the use, placement, spacing, and size of land and buildings. The City’s Zoning Ordinance outlines these regulations and requirements as well as defines the designated zoning districts.
