Comprehensive Plan

The Comprehensive Plan is the master plan for the physical development of the community.  It establishes goals and objectives to guide decision-making by city officials and staff.  The Comprehensive Plan also identifies land use designations, including the maximum density allowed, for all property within the City.

The Zoning Ordinance and Land Development Regulations implement the Comprehensive Plan by further clarifying appropriate uses, stating where they may be located as well as establishing standards to be met when developing property within the City.
