IE 801(Tutor Tracking System)
For IE 801(human machine systems), I was part of a group dedicated to designing a new way for the Academic Success Center to track tutors and tutees.
That project was definitely a learning experience!
Our goal was to take the current tracking method, which was an orange card, and update that for the 21st century. We couldn't have asked for a better client, which helped the project team a lot.
One of the most difficult parts was interfacing between the client and our programmer, David Clark, and still keeping everything under budget.
All in all I'd say it was a success, the client was happy, and I think the tracking system now works better than ever.

This is the login screen

This is the actual tutoring interface. When tutee's Clemson ID number is entered, the system can lookup and autopopulate the rest of the fields, and it even tells the tutor about what other tutors the tutee has seen and what subjects were discussed.
