I was thinking of moving from ubuntu to ubuntustudio and was wondering if this was a good idea. The video, audio and image editing is really what I'm looking to get out of it. Unless of course there is a better distro out there for what I'm looking for?

I've tried it. I really think you'd like it if you want a lot of audio and visual editing. I've used Kdenlive for my video editing and Audacity for audio.

You can always reinstall regular old ubuntu if you don't like ubuntustudio.
